Indian Air Force Agniveer Recruitment Group X and Y Online Apply For 1/2023 batch. Indian airforce has published the airmen notification for Group X and Y for 1/2023 course. IAF Invites online applications from unmarried male & Female (Indian/Nepalese) candidates for selection test for intake 01/2023 to join as airmen in group ‘X’ trades (except education instructor trade) and group ‘Y’ trades {except automobile technician, Indian air force(police), Indian air force (security) and musician trades}. The online registration for IAF airmen Group X and Y will start from 07 November 2022 and will end on 23 November 2022. The online exam for IAF Airmen Group X and Y will be conducted from 18 January to 24 January 2023.

INVITES ONLINE APPLICATIONS FROM UNMARRIED MALE (INDIAN/NEPALESE) CANDIDATES FOR SELECTION TEST FOR AGNIVEERVAYU INTAKE 01/2022 UNDER AGNIPATH SCHEME.

  1. Refer Advertisment NUMBER DAVP/10803/11/0003/2223 PUBLISHED ON 26 JUNE 2022 For the said recruitment.
  2. THE AMENDMENTS IN ADVERTISEMENT AS REFERRED IN PARA 1 ABOVE ARE AS FOLLOWS:-
    (A) DATE OF BIRTH BLOCK DATE OF BIRTH BLOCK AND MARITAL STATUS.
    (B) — Add to read Para 2 (C) under heading “Date of Birth Block and Marital Status” as :- Only unmarried male candidate are eligible for enrolment as Agniveervayu in IAF. Agniveervayu will not be permitted to marry during their entire tenure of four years in the IAF. Candidates are required to submit a certificate for being unmarried at the time of enrolment and additionally sign an undertaking that he will not get married during his four years of tenure. In case of refusal to sign the said undertaking, his candidature will be cancelled. His services as Agniveervayu will be terminated, if, he marries during his tenure or is found later to be already married.
  3. ALL THE OTHER DETAILS IN THE ADVERTISEMENT REMAIN THE SAME.

Eligibility Criteria

(a) Candidate born between 27 June 2002 and 27 December 2005 (both days inclusive) are eligible to apply.
(b) In case, a candidate clears all the stages of the Selection Procedure, then the upper age limit as on date of enrolment is 21 years

Candidates are to bring one blue/black pen and original AADHAR card along with them for Phase – I testing. Details of the test are as follows: –
(a) Science Subjects. Total duration of the online test shall be 60 minutes and shall comprise of English, Physics and Mathematics as
per 10+2 CBSE syllabus.
(b) Other Than Science Subjects. Total duration of the online test shall be 45 minutes and shall comprise of English as per 10+2 CBSE
syllabus and Reasoning & General Awareness (RAGA).
(c) Science Subjects & Other Than Science Subjects . Total duration of the online test shall be 85 minutes and shall comprise of
English, Physics and Mathematics as per 10+2 CBSE syllabus and Reasoning & General Awareness (RAGA).
(d) Marking pattern for online test:-
(i) One mark for every correct answer.
(ii) Nil (0) marks for un attempted question.
(iii) 0.25 marks shall be deducted for each wrong answer.
Note : Above examination methodology has been designed to facilitate selection process based on qualifications of candidates. Irrespective of the examination methodology AGNIVEERVAYU enrolled under this entry are liable to be assigned any duty in organisational interest, at the discretion of Indian Air Force.

Terms & Conditions:-

AGNIVEERVAYU will be enrolled in the Indian Air Force under Air Force Act 1950, for a period of four years. AGNIVEERVAYU would form a distinct rank in the Indian Air Force, different from any other existing ranks. Indian Air Force is not obliged to retain AGNIVEERVAYU beyond the engagement period of four years.

On completion of four years of service, based on organisation’s requirements and policies promulgated by the Indian Air Force, AGNIVEERVAYU will be offered an opportunity to apply for permanent enrolment in the Indian Air Force. These applications will be considered in a centralised manner based on objective criteria including performance during their four year engagement period and up to 25% of each specific batch of AGNIVEERVAYU will be enrolled in regular cadre of IAF. AGNIVEERVAYU will not have any right to be selected for further enrolment into the Indian Air Force. Selection of the AGNIVEERVAYU for further enrolment, if any, shall be at the discretion of the Indian Air Force.
